I recently came around the new backtest feature in tasty trade and I did some SPY tests there.

I found the following worth a try:

PMCC

BUY 45 DTE 70 DELTA CALL
SELL 45 DTE 20 DELTA CALL

Close @25% Profit
Close @200% Loss

Open only on mondays

Vertical Put Spread

BUY 45 DTE 15 DELTA CALL
SELL 45 DTE 30 DELTA CALL

Open only on mondays

Close @75% Profit
Close @200% Loss
